Bangalore – Hybrid
- 5+ years of experience in UI&UX
- CSA, CAD & CIS – ITSM preferred
- UI Builder & Angular JS
- UI Pages, UI Scripting, Jelly Scripting, Service Portal, CSS, HTML
- Working knowledge of App Studio
- Participate in all technical aspects of delivering complex customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform, advising clients on best practice to create lasting value and enhanced experiences.
- Hands on experience in implementation initiatives.
- Knowledge in ServiceNow mobile builder
- Fluency in push notifications, deep linking, screens, applets, and action items
- Experience in designing ServiceNow portal homepage, pages, widgets, and UI items
- Relevant and hands-on experience in configuring interface designs on portal
- Experience in creating UI pages, modals, and macros, CSS, Java and HTML coding experience.
- Code testing, troubleshooting and debugging.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Contribute on multiple Agile engagements, utilizing the right methodology and tools to enhance project efficiency and quality.
- Define technical and design approaches, lead scrums, and advise technical consulting resources on development and configuration activities.
- Lead sprint planning and review meetings, ensure the technical team follows the right methodology, and drive towards successful project completion.
- Estimate time and effort for technical resources and proactively communicate progress and forecast changes to the Engagement Manager
- Own the technical quality on customer projects, participate in code reviews, and oversee Go-Live planning efforts.
- Assist with workshops and collaborate closely with Business Process Consultants to define customer requirements.
- Participate in internal knowledge sharing, coaching, and collaboration activities and initiatives.
