Job Description: We are looking for talented and motivated 360 Recruitment Consultants to join our dynamic team at US3. As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will play a critical role in understanding an IT vertical, networking with candidates to gain valuable insights in to client demands, where you will ultimately make placements and win new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and penetrate IT vertical, networking with candidates and targeting new clients
- Collaborate with hiring managers and team leaders to understand staffing needs and
develop recruitment strategies. - Source and attract IT candidates through various channels, including job boards, social
media, referrals, and networking. - Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, qualifications,
and cultural fit. - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and
onboarding. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to ensure competitiveness in
attracting talent.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a 360 recruiter, or a strong recruiter with the ability to pick up leads
and market information. - Proven Negotiation and closing skills, with candidates and clients
- 360 Recruitment experience a strong preference, or something approaching it
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding hiring targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a plus.
