Job Description: We are looking for talented and motivated IT Delivery Consultants to join our dynamic team at US3. As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying, sourcing, and hiring top-notch IT professionals who will contribute to our clients’ continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and team leaders to understand staffing needs and
develop recruitment strategies. - Source and attract IT candidates through various channels, including job boards, social
media, referrals, and networking. - Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, qualifications,
and cultural fit. - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and
onboarding. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to ensure competitiveness in
attracting talent.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IT recruiter
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding hiring targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a plus.
