Job Description: We are looking for a talented and motivated IT Recruitment Manager to join our dynamic team at US3. As an IT Recruitment Manager, you will play a critical role in helping our recruiters in identifying, sourcing, and hiring top-notch IT professionals who will contribute to our clients’ continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coaching recruitment teams in the required recruitment processes
- Provide team environment and clearly defined goals, which will need to be measured and
managed - Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate recruitment consultant applicants and
manage their onboarding - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Deal with all escalations, closing candidates and client positions when needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to ensure competitiveness in attracting talent.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Team Lead / manager, or a demonstrable skillset as a recruiter to
make the transition to manager from Senior Recruitment Consultant - Genuine desire to enable success of your team(s)
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding hiring targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a plus.
